The space Inside the House Our inviting living room with cozy seating and a big-screen TV reflects our travel-inspired décor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a quick snack or a full meal. The dining area, brightened by morning sun, seats eight and opens to our lush garden. Bedrooms & Relaxation Spaces The master suite is a spacious 400 sq ft with a California King bed, Brazilian hammock, and en-suite bath. Our second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with garden views, and the loft is a fun spot with musical instruments and a lounge. Outdoor Deck, Treehouse & Sauna Step outside, and you’ll find even more unique features! The treehouse is a special hideaway, perfect for kids or anyone seeking a little adventure. The sauna provides a tranquil escape for unwinding and recharging. Guest access he entire property is yours to enjoy, except for the office at the back, which will remain closed during your stay. Other things to note The City of Santa Cruz charges an 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for the privilege of occupying any space where accommodations are offered for hire for periods of thirty (30) days or less. The tax is paid by the occupant and collected by the operator. The operator then remits the tax to the City.
