The Martin Cottage in Vacation Lane

Enjoy our remodeled cottage with access to a private beach on Hamlin Lake. We are located 3 miles from the State Park and 5 miles from downtown Ludington. Martin has WiFi, a full private kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We have a small marina where dockage is available for boats up to 18 feet with a small additional fee (limited availability). There is also boat launch directly across the street(among others nearby). This area has a lot of great things to do! The space The Martin Cottage is the second cottage from the lake, a duplex and a mirror image of it’s partner, the Swallow: https://www.airbnb.com/h/theswallowcottage Both are available for rent. They are located in a small group of 13 cottages. You can have a bonfire at the fire pit or hang out in the Gathering Place on a rainy day. There is also a fish cleaning station for the fisherman to clean the catch of the day and a private sandy beach. There is a small playground as well as a park located across the street with a boat launch. Guest access You will be given keyless access to the cottage, to the lake, beach, marina, Gathering Place, fire pit, and picnic tables. There also is a propane grill (1lb tanks needed), for use in the rear of the cottage near the two picnic tables. You will need to bring your own towels, bedding and linens. Fans are located in each bedroom, and there is air conditioning unit as well. Other things to note Suggested items to bring: -all bed linens/pillows/towels. -dish towels and hand towels. -food/drinks -all toiletries -big spray/sunscreen -cooler for beach Supplied in cottage: -hand soap/dish soap -basic dishes/silverware/pans -toaster/coffee pot/oven/stove/fridge/crock pot -chairs for beach -mattresses have vinyl (disinfected) covers -propane grill in back (bring 1lb propane tank) -Bible -tv w/cable (no DVD player) -fire extinguishers (under kitchen sink) -dish rack (under kitchen sink) -fan in each bedroom -local travel guides -toilet paper -paper towel -trash bags -LINENS are NOT stocked so please bring your own. -Absolutely NO PETS per association rules. Up to a $200 per day fine for violating this rule.
