We have a very clean home and you would have access to all common areas including but not limited to the kitchen, WiFi, cable TV, and pool (the spa is not for use). The kitchen is completely stocked with your basic cooking supplies including a toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot, and more. The room can accommodate one person sleeping on a twin size bed. the room also contains a desk and chair with a TV with streaming channels. The room is in excellent condition. It will accommodate one person and includes a twin size bed, TV, a desk and chair. Our home is centrally located with quick access to the freeways, beaches or mountains. The local trolley system is less than a 5 minute drive away or a 3 mile walk. If you are visiting the United States in order to take English classes, our home is within minutes from the universities. Alliant International University is 20 mins away, SDSU is 15 minutes away, and UCSD and Kaplan College are 25 minutes away. Our home is also less than 5 miles from Lake Murray, which is an excellent place to walk, jog, rollerblade, ride a bike, or fish. Freeway access is also easy and close. Many of the local attractions are within a short distance from our home. The San Diego Zoo is 20 miles South, the San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park is 30 miles North. The San Diego International Airport is just 18 miles South. The Historical Del Mar Race Track is 15 minutes to the West.
