The kitchen stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, oven, electric range and microwave. The living room has French doors leading to a large balcony (over 100 square feet) with a beautiful view of Madison Valley. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Features a queen size bed and has direct access to the large balcony. Bedroom 2: The master features a king size bed, a spacious closet, a window air conditioner, and an en suite bath. BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is located directly across from bedroom 1. Bathroom 2: A full en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is located off of the master. OUTDOOR SPACE This home features a large balcony (over 100 square feet) with a beautiful view of Madison Valley. LAUNDRY There is a stacking washer dryer available for your use in the unit. PARKING This rental includes one dedicated, secure off-street parking spot in the garage just below the building(and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles). Additional garage parking may be available with prior arrangement. GUEST ACCESS Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.
