Homestead House is a newly renovated rural farmhouse with a rich history. It is the oldest house on 5th avenue, owned by fourth-generation descendants of the builder. With three bedrooms and two baths, and it’s proximity to local parks, this is a perfect getaway. The space The space is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all your necessities, including a coffee bar. Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin bed. Two full bathrooms. Easy access to Memorial Park which has a paved walking/bike trail and splash fountain and Doctors Park which has basketball courts, playgrounds, and ball fields. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. A key code will he sent to access the home upon arrival. Other things to note The Homestead House is a non-smoking home. Additionally, no pets are allowed. We do not allow the listing to be used for parties or large gatherings. We limit the booking to 5 guests and will allow a small number of visitors for a brief time, but not to stay overnight and exceed the 5 occupancy limit.
