FREE filtered drinking water (no need to buy bottle water). FREE high-quality front-load washer/dryer in-unit (bring your detergent). FREE bike (upon request, asking $200 refundable deposit, BYO bike lock and helmet). FULLY FURNISHED: We provide bed sheets, blankets, pillows, basic cooking tools, etc. We provide one towel, starter soap, shampoo, and toilet paper that are plenty for a few weeks until you are settled and have time to acquire your own. Not include cleaning services -- We provide dish soap, and basic household cleaning tools. HIGH SPEED WIFI: We subscribe for 1Gigabit mbps with Xfinity (actual wifi speed is usually 600+ mbps.) Great for work-from-home, or taking online classes. The modem/router is in living room at the front of this bedroom -- strong signals. You have full access to living room if you would like to work on your laptop there. SMART TV. There are free TV channels and you will be able to sign in your paid subscription(s) such as NetFlix and Prime with your own account. PARKING: Street parking at the front is generally not hard to find and free (no meter). Private parking pad might be available in our gated backyard for $65/m, please inquire in advance. Guest SAFETY is very important to us. We specialize in long-term stays. Minimum 32 nights. Most guests stay a few months, although it is not unusual that some guests extend to an entire year. You will be notified when a new guest is expected to arrive - no surprised strangers in our house. We double-check a guest identity. In addition to airbnb standard verification, we ask all guests to provide a picture ID to pre-checkin before we send out house entry instructions. CLEANING: The host doesn't live here. We offer LIMITED services and pass on the saving to you. Routine house cleaning is provided once a week or as needed for common areas. Guest are to clean their own private bedroom. We need your help to take off exterior shoes by the entrance door and clean/tidy up kitchennette, shared bathroom and living area right after use. 1) Clean your own dishes 2) Tidy up and spot clean if spilt 3) Empty kitchen strainer(food), and bathtub strainer (hair) 4) Help take out kitchen trash to a black bin in parking lot if you have lots of trash or have perishable/smelly items. ECO-FRIENDLY: We appreciate your help toward our environment. We are not extreme. Just ask a practical approach that you are comfortable with: turn-off lights that are not needed. Minimize bottle-water, paper-towels, and one-time-use grocery bags. Close windows/doors when heat or ac is on. Wait to wash a full-load of laundry. Use dryer balls. Clean lint-filter before drying clothes. Recycle. Etc. THANKS :)
