Located just 2 miles from the white sandy Chic's Beach and just 20 minutes from the Virginia Beach resort area with boardwalk and shopping. The space Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, grilling utensils, and mini-fridge. Dishware for both inside and out at the picnic table/patio area. Queen bed in private bedroom and a full murphy bed in private living room. Luxurious bath alcove with double head shower and extra large soaker tub. Dock access to the lake. Secure storage if our guests want to bring their own kayaks or bikes! Close proximity to outdoor adventure! *** Our 2 acre, peaceful property remains, but the neighborhood is under going a new home construction. We want to alert our guests prior as we cannot control the dates of the contractors. There may be some delays secondary to construction vehicles and guests may hear some construction noise. *** Guest access Covered deck for lounging, picnic table for dining, dock access with kayaks, free off-street parking for 2 cars near entry. The neighborhood is safe for walking with pets and children. The Lake Smith, Lake Lawson Natural Area is only 3 minutes away with 3 miles of hiking trails. First Landing State Park is 15 minutes away with 20 miles of hiking trails and beach access. The guest suite is on the 2nd floor up a flight of stairs with one handrail.
