Then hit the lake to enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and lounging or you can choose to include a private pontoon boat delivered to your dock! Enjoy the outdoor grilling area near the private boat ramp, then grab your favorite beverage and light a fire in a stone pit close to the waters edge. Or, hit the living room and enjoy cable TV, a good book or the indoor fireplace . The updated kitchen is well equipped and ready for the chef in your group. This home is located on a peninsula that is accessed by driving across a land bridge. Lake Murray will be on both sides of you! The area has about 7 homes so is very quaint and peaceful. Location location location! You'll feel like you are way out in the country, but really you're a 5 minute drive from gas, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the local southern Chapin flair! Not many rental homes can say they are 30 minutes to downtown Columbia and USC, or 40 minutes to Ft. Jackson! We are dog friendly with a pet fee. Sorry, no cats are allowed.
