Also nearby are the Domina Shopping and Teika Plaza shopping centers. Paid parking is available in the courtyard. The space The apartment is located in a residential building with an entrance from the courtyard. The rooms are practically furnished and suitable for a comfortable temporary stay. The apartment has a sleeping area, a private bathroom and the necessary equipment for a daily stay. The apartment is suitable for both city visits and business trips. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. After registration, guests receive access codes to the building and apartment. Other things to note Important information before booking: • It is mandatory for all guests to complete an online registration and security deposit authorization through our collaborator's ChargeAutomation system. • In order to be able to send you an online registration link, we kindly ask you to send us your current email address and phone number here in the Airbnb chat. • Individual access codes are sent on the day of arrival upon completion of online registration and deposit authorization. • Check-in: 15:00–22:00. • If your arrival is on the current day, the online registration must be made no later than 9pm so that we will be able to activate the access codes. • Arrival after 22:00 is possible only for guests who have completed the online registration on time and have received the access codes. • Security deposit €50 is authorized online with a bank card. Unlocking the deposit after check out is automatically done by the system and the bank may take up to 7–14 days or more to process the bank. • The apartments are located in a residential building, so we ask you to be quiet and respect the neighbours.
