Welcome to our modern beach house! Renovated in 2020, this home comes equipped with a heated, salt water pool, large fenced in yard, expansive screened in deck, dining table for 10, living area, den with big screen TV and finished basement. There are 5 bedrooms (6 if you count the bed in office, and we also have a queen in basement). Brand new sauna and hot tub and fire pit! Vineyards and shops nearby, and a private community beach only footsteps away! The space We have a large screened in deck in the back of the house, including a lower deck with brand new pizza oven and fridge. Beyond the sparkling heated, salt water pool, sits an authentic bocce court, and expansive yard. We have a lovely front porch as well where you can sip coffee in the morning. In the garage we have 2 paddle boards, 2 person kayak, 1 person kayak, and 4 bikes - 1 men's, 1 women's with trailer!, 2 cruisers. 2 of the bikes come equipped with baby seats. We also offer 10 Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, and pool towels. Other things to note **Per the town of Southold, there is a two week minimum for rentals. Please inquire within.
