The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain and city views , 15 minutes from downtown Tucson and the University. The space It's a 2300 sq. ft. single family house lovingly remade as a vacation home. There’s a completely enclosed back yard with a pool and hot tub and a front yard with mountain views. A completely separated part of the property on the west side is a separate Airbnb. There are no common areas between the two Airbnbs. The house is in a neighborhood but there is space between neighbors. Guest access Everything except the garage and a fenced off section of the property on the west side. Back yard, pool, front courtyard are exclusively for the guests. Ample driveway and street parking. Other things to note The west side of property is fenced off and has a separate Airbnb. This part is completely isolated from the main house.
