Guests can also use the 3rd fl. art studio with a window seat overlooking the Monongahela River. Reservation is for one guest. No other guests. Walking distance to Mercy Hosp., Duquesne Univ., downtown Pittsburgh and a 10-15 min bus ride to Oakland,, CMU and the Univ of Pittsburgh. The owner can offer lots of ways to explore Pittsburgh. The owner has a small hypoallergenic puppy. The space My row house is filled with my wood working projects, design ideas and art. Its organic character makes it an easy place to relax. Please note that the row house is on a very busy road. The 2nd floor guest room is in the rear of the house where it is quiet but you can still hear the hum of passing cars. Guest access I have been renovating my row house for several years and it is almost complete. You are welcome to enjoy the 1st floor living space/kitchen and the 3rd floor living space/art studio. There is a small outdoor patio and garden. During your stay Im happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. When I’m not home, I'm available by phone or text to answer questions. I'm happy to offer suggestions for exploring Pittsburgh. Other things to note The row house is 3 floors/stories. There are 6 steps up to the front door. The guest bedroom is on the 2nd floor (1 flight of steps). There is a large shared bath on the 2nd floor next to the guest room. The art studio is on the 3rd floor (2 flights of steps).
