This is a gentrifying neighborhood. Some of the neighbors are low income but I’ve never had any problems with safety or theft. You can actually see the police station from the house. The space 1/1 with dedicated parking. The couch is super comfy, the bed is a temper-pedic, and there's a tough tub you can float in, it's heaven! Other things to note The air-conditioning/heat is keep between 70-73. There are ceiling fans in each room and a space heater provided as well.
