This is a gentrifying neighborhood. Some of the neighbors are low income but I’ve never had any problems with safety or theft. You can actually see the police station from the house. 1/1 with dedicated parking. The couch is super comfy, the bed is a temper-pedic, and there's a tough tub you can float in, it's heaven! I’m available for any questions but out of your hair otherwise. The air-conditioning/heat is keep between 70-73. There are ceiling fans in each room and a space heater provided as well.
