BR 1) King bed w/ private bath, BR 2) Queen bed, BR 3) Two Twins. Each bedroom has a luxurious cooling gel memory foam mattress that's so comfy, you'll never want to get out of bed! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to prepare full meals, a Keurig and few complimentary coffee pods to get your first morning started, teapot, toaster, blender, mixer, and more. The living area is spacious with enough room for your family or friends to spread out and enjoy. WiFi, 2 HD Roku TVs with local channels and complimentary access to several streaming channels including ESPN, TNT, Amazon Music, Showtime Anytime, and more. For business travelers, there is a wireless printer and several laptop-friendly workspaces. For families, a pack-n-play, jogger stroller, and toys/books, are all available on site. Full-sized washer and dryer with laundry supplies in the unit. The backyard has a patio table and seating for 6, gas grill, 6ft privacy fence, and lovely solar lighting around the perimeter. One-car attached garage and a driveway that can hold up to 4 additional vehicles. Atlantic Ave is just 2 walking blocks away, but the city’s free shuttle service will provide door-to-door transportation to anywhere on the Avenue (and back!). We also have 2 adult beach cruisers for a breezy bike ride to the beach! Beach Supplies: Chairs, towels, beach mat, sand toys, and small cooler. This is our home, not a hotel room. Guests will have total (and not shared) access to the entire property, including the fully-fenced backyard and one-car attached garage (garage remote control provided upon check-in).
