BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 in the basement. - Electric kettles and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds and offer great views of valleys and mountains. - 1 room has a balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS - The living room on the ground floor seats up to 5 people. It has a music system and TV. - There are 2 dining rooms, one in the basement and one on the ground floor, with comfortable seating for up to 4 and 6 people respectively.  - There is a deck and small garden. - The terrace seats up to 25 people. KITCHEN - There are two kitchens - 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. - The outdoor kitchen is not accessible to guests. - Guests may use the indoor kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water purifier and a toaster. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. Other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - Guests may also eat out at nearby restaurants like Kadhambari Hotel, KSEB Canteen, Maria Fast Food and Keerthi Hotel. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are able to provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a peaceful read or some board games. Guests can step out for a walk amidst nature. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.  ADDITIONAL COSTS - Lunch, snacks and dinner will be chargeable as per the menu. - Bonfire is available at Rs. 500 per use. - 1 staff member can be accommodated at Rs. 1250 per night. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The location of the villa is a bit secluded. - There are CCTV cameras in the external areas. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 8 hours.  - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as BSNL/Vi work fairly well here.
