Charming Downtown Stay

Welcome to our newly restored apartment. Located in a small building built in the early 1900s. This charming apartment has all you need for a great stay in Abingdon. Located on the main level with no stairs from the street to your room for easy access and right off Main St. in Downtown Abingdon. Prime Location! W/D on the premises. Fully stocked kitchen with basic necessities along with a Kuerig and plenty of coffee! Furnished with internet, smart TV, Queen bed, Blackout curtains and more. The space Small and quaint apartment for a fun stay while you explore Abingdon. Location is perfect. Close to downtown shops, Abingdon's famous Farmer's Market, and withing walking/biking distance to the Creeper Trail, Farmer's Market, Main St. shops, and restaurants. You have access to a W/D during your stay. Everything you may need is provided in the kitchen. There is a darling private back deck off the kitchen for you to enjoy. The apartment has black out curtains for the most private feel possible. Feel free to keep them all closed and stay cozy, or open them up and let all the sunshine in! Comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom. The bedroom is seperated with heavy curtains in the doorway- not a door! Kids are welcome and we'd be happy to provide additional blankets if needed! Pet friendly! We require a $35 pet fee for all pets visiting. Message us if planning on bringing along a furry friend. You are welcome to park bikes in the locked foyer for safe keeping. Self check-in so come and go at any time! Guest access You have access to the front porch, foyer, and your private apartment. Along with a small private deck off the back of your apartment. You are welcome to use the shared Laundry room during your stay. Parking is available directly in front of the building on the street, or in the parking lot beside the building. Other things to note This is a small apartment! Think cozy and unique. We have renovated this 4 unit main building but kept the structure and layout the same. This has plenty of room for an amazing stay, just keep in mind this is a SMALL apartment.
