Walking distance to Sunriver Resort, restaurants, shops, and trails. The condo has two decks for lounging in the sun or use the bbq on the deck to make a tasty summer dinner. Four river tubes and life jackets available for your use too. We provide 2 adult bikes and 1 teen bike though do not guarantee the condition. You are invited to use the condo hot tub (year round) and seasonal pool. SHARC passes not included and need to be purchased separately. ***As similar to most homes in Sunriver our condo does not have A/C.
