Downstairs apartment in older home one block from town with famous Sluys bakery and galleries. Includes bedroom with view of marina, separate entrance, deck, bath, office space, and living room with full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Laundry with arrangement. Quiet neighborhood so please be respectful with noise. This is a cute downstairs apartment. Although there is no kitchen with stove or sink, it has the basics (full-size fridge, microwave, coffee, toaster oven, etc) as listed. Separate entrance with no contact entry is down a short but semi-steep incline from the parking space. There’s a nice side deck right outside your bedroom door with a view of the marina and lots of fresh sea air! TV: I don't have cable TV but I do have Roku/Netflix and DVDs. Bathroom: There's a big soaking bathtub (the jets do not work) with a new hot water tank for plenty of hot water and a bidet toilet with heated seat. Sauna: Nice sauna that works great. The interior LED top light does not work and there are no replacements available. But the living room light brings in enough light for reading or you can use my battery run lantern. Smoking: I have a no smoking policy inside the apartment or on the premises because I’m highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Beach Access: There is no beach access from the property; the stairs near the entrance are the neighbor's private property. There is beach access nearby that I have listed in my house notebook. Washer and dryer available on arrangement with me since it's not in the apartment (but just outside the door across the hallway). You have total privacy but I live upstairs (separate entrance) and am available by phone or text to answer any questions and help make your stay wonderful! I can also answer any questions about local events or places to visit. Plus, I'll have a binder of information available with local information. One block from downtown Poulsbo with art galleries, antique shops, Sluys bakery, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, kayak rentals, marina, gazebo, boardwalk, and waterfront park. Park in front of my place and walk downtown! I always clean my space exceptionally well between guests, including high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, remotes, etc., so you can enjoy a clean, beautiful sanctuary. This apartment is the downstairs of my home with a totally separate entrance that is self-check in.
