Welcome to The Ultimate Guesthouse suite. Thoughtfully designed space was composed with you in mind. Imagine all the comforts of home with the consistency and service of a boutique hotel. This spacious studio is located in the basement of our home. It has an in-wall heating and cooling unit. The suite is attached to the house, but there is no access into the rest of the home. Safety of our guests is important! We assure you our cleaning team is taking extra time to have the property clean. Upon entry is the kitchenette which consists of a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and utility sink. Immediately to the left is dining area with bar height Bristo set. Enter adjacent room through exterior door is the sleeping area & living space. It consists of a queen-sized bed, nightstand, hanging clothes rack, closet, leather sofa sectional & lounge chair, 55' Smart HDTV and a window with backyard views. Hardwood laminate flooring recently was installed for extra cleanliness. The bathroom was newly renovated w/ tile & stand-up shower. You will be provided the following: 8 rolls of toilet paper 5 Towels 5 wash cloths 1 dehumidifier 1 portable heater 1 ironing board & iron 2 sheet sets Guests can also enjoy the large backyard with patio area and fire pit entertainment (upon advance notice w/ host). Please note, we do not provide charcoal or propane for the BBQ grills. The living areas are private for your personal use, only. There is one queen bed. Come and indulge yourself in comfort, adventure and romance!!! Have complete access, NOT SHARED! Parking is provided for 1 vehicle. Additional parking is free on public street. Sorry, no personal package deliveries to residence (No exceptions), can provide PO BOX (inquire). DUE TO Covid19, as a courtesy, stays over 12 days receive FREE suite cleaning every 2 weeks. Once booked, we will coordinate the cleaning schedule. The host will complete the following services: • Disinfect suite w/ Clorox – YOU should place all trash in can and organize your belongings. * Clean utility Kitchen Sink - You should remove all personal items from sink. * Clean bathroom - You should remove all personal items from sink. * Change linen- You should remove all items from the bed. Request weekly cleanings during your stay for only $35!!! The Guesthouse suite is tucked away in a quiet peaceful cul-de-sac in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Guest (s) will love the open layout! This luxury 1 bedroom suite is a short-term rental for adults and individuals traveling in search of cleanliness, safety and enjoyment of activities that can only be found in Atlanta. It is: -- 2 minute walk from local park -- 8 minutes from Stone Mountain Park (ask to use our entry pass). -- 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta where attractions include the Coca- Cola Factory, the Georgia Aquarium, the High Museum, Atlantic Station, etc. -- 25 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport -- 10 minutes from I-20 and I-285 -- 2 minutes to grocery, dollar store and drug store Free parking provided on the premises for 1 vehicle, additional on street. Indian Creek transit station is 8 minutes, South Hairston park is 0.6 miles, Walmart Supercenter is 2.1 miles on Memorial Drive, Kroger is 0.9 miles, Walgreens, Wendy's, McDonald's, Mexican and Jamaican restaurants are 0.9 miles away from residence. 1.
