Walk up 16 steps into this 2nd floor apartment and enter an airy apartment with natural lighting coming in from every direction. Great cross ventilation for that cool ocean breeze. The high vaulted natural wood ceilings, wood flooring throughout with a large private covered balcony and BBQ will allow you the space to retreat. Balcony has a gas BBQ & lounge areas: outside with a 9 foot cushion bench. For those that love to cook on a gas stove, you will find everything you need in our stocked cabinets with pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, waffle maker, toaster, Keurig Coffee machine, Microwave, KitchenAid blender, silverware, kitchen towels and cleaning supplies. Living room has a Samsung TV with an Amazon Fire Stick so you can enjoy all the movies on the LG Bluetooth speaker. Want to play guitar? Plug & play directly into the XBox360 or jam out on our acoustic guitar. Convert our coach into a Queen size daybed for additional guest. Get into your health routine in the “Fit” corner equipped with yoga mat, medicine balls, Kettlebells, dumbbells, stability ball and foam roller. Shared coin operated communal laundry is available downstairs. Get better sleep in a King size bed. This bedroom is a retreat in itself. Wake up naturally with our no blinds windows allowing you to see the lush trees, blue sky and listen to the birds on the morning. The double closet doors allows for plenty extra space. Ceiling fan gives you that extra breeze. Modern standing shower with a glass door, single sink and toilet stocked with cleaning supples and toiletries.. PLEASE NOTE: We provide extra amenities which are separate from the apartment rental for our guest to enjoy.
