Sunny Home Above Carmel Valley (SR)

A large family home overlooking beautiful Carmel Valley with funky vibes & amazing .views. We are empty nesters living on the main floor leaving the private downstairs to our guests. 12 mi to beach, 4 mi to hiking, and 1 mi to village & tasting rooms. We also have two additional listings, The Lavender Room and The Cozy Room so you can book up to 8 people very comfortable. So Sorry we cannot accommodate Children under the age of 12 or Pets The space 1 bedroom 1 full bath. Bathroom is shared with adjacent room. There is also an overflow bathroom downstairs for traffic jams. Very comfortable queen size bed. This is a wonderful place to relax and chill out. We have many different sitting areas around the outside of the home, all with beautiful views of the property. We enjoy sunshine 325 days out of the calendar year...:) Continental Breakfast available every morning upstairs. 3 minute drive to Carmel Valley Village with restaurants and tasting rooms. 5 minute drive to Holman Ranch 7 minute drive to Garland Park with beautiful hiking. 26 minute drive to Carmel Beach. 26 minute drive to Downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. 60 minute drive to Big Sur. 25 minute drive to historic Fisherman's Warf and Del Monte Shopping Center. 25 minute drive to Pebble Beach. 15 minutes to Laguna Seca Raceway. . Guest access Private entrance around side of the home or guests are welcome to use the front door. Additionally, you may enter the private entrance from the lawn and "the point" areas. (on the other side of the home) During your stay Brenda and Bill are more than happy to guide you to the best restaurants, tasting rooms, and sightseeing as well as answer any other questions you may have. We are flexible hosts. Should you care to get to know if other, groovy. If you prefer to hang by yourselves, that's cool as well. Other things to note Chaparral Road is a windy paved road to the top of our hill. Please be careful when driving up or down. Parking is available at the bottom of our driveway, please park in the gravel area. We do have a cat that lives upstairs away from the guest area. Very friendly and mostly stays outdoors.
