Step outside into the intimate yard, where you'll find a pleasant setup for lounging and a grill for those perfect BBQ evenings. Important Note: This property is situated on a shared lot with a monthly tenant who has their own private entrance. We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. To ensure a harmonious experience for everyone, parties are not permitted on the property. A fine of up to $1000 may be applied for violations of this policy. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and yard area. The garage is not available for use and inaccessible for guests. Other things to note To ensure the best possible experience, thorough cleaning is needed between guests. Unfortunately, this usually makes early check-in unavailable. However, I'm happy to store your bags for you starting at 11:30 am, so you can freely explore the area while we prepare the home for your arrival.
