Only a 10 minute drive to the Gaylord Texan, Great Wolf Lodge, and downtown Historic Grapevine where you can shop and dine, take your little ones to LegoLand, the Rainforest Cafe, and SeaLife Aquarium, or ride the Vintage Railroad. Easy access to Dallas and FW. Make our house your home while in North Texas. Our home is a traditional one story ranch, located in a neighborhood full of custom homes, but there are no sidewalks and plenty of trees. The area is surrounded by local shopping and restaurants; most within walking distance, but we are tucked away from noisy traffic and busy streets. New hardwood flooring was installed throughout the home in July 2024, new carpet placed only in the oversized walk in closets in 3 of the bedrooms. A new HVAC system was installed July of 2023. New appliances were added in July 2018 with top of the line products. We provide double ovens (Kitchen Aid) and the Maytag washer/dryer pair was purchased in 2022 for your laundry needs. Our pool and yard is serviced weekly by local professionals. The pool is a welcome relief from our scorching Texas summers. We take great pride in our home and will welcome you as family should you book with us. Three of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed, one has a twin, and each bedroom has a Smart TV with YouTube TV and streaming services available. There is an additional trundle with 2 twin mattresses should you need more sleeping space for guests. We have children’s books and toys available as well. There is access to plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, and we are in close proximity to many must do attractions, including Grapevine, Arlington, Frisco, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property during your stay, including pool, laundry facilities, kitchen, 4 private bedrooms with en suite baths, Internet, streaming services, and television. We do not charge extra fees for any of these amenities. The pool is available March through October. We do not charge extra for use of the pool. Ample parking is available for up to vehicles. No RVs or campers please. Other things to note Plenty of activities for the whole family are located nearby. For the kids, Grapevine Mills has Legoland, Sealife Aquarium, The Rainforest Cafe, and Peppa Pig Indoor Playground. Also in Grapevine you can find an indoor water park at Great Wolf Lodge, a quaint Main Street with shops and The Grapevine Vintage Railroad which takes you directly to the Fort Worth Stockyards, or if you prefer, just take a one hour round trip excursion. The Gaylord Texan is in Grapevine as well, about 10 minutes away. In Arlington, you will find Six flags over Texas, Jerry Jones ATT stadium, and the Rangers ballpark. Dallas has American Airlines center, the West End, Deep Ellum, Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Arboretum, countless restaurants, venues, museums, and art galleries. Frisco, with the Dallas Star Center and home to the Frisco Roughriders baseball team, is just a 20 minute drive north on the Sam Rayburn Freeway. Fort Worth, with its western flair, is home to Sundance Square and the annual Stock Show and Rodeo in January. Fort Worth is also known for its outstanding Zoo and botanical gardens. There is no shortage of things to see and do in DFW. Please note that our pool is only available March through Mid November. The pool isn’t usable in winter (December, January, February) due to the amount of leaves and debris that drop in our area. We have a weekly pool service year round. We appreciate your understanding.
