The proximity of the center allows easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shops, a bakery and several charming shops, making the use of a car unnecessary. The space This cabin is situated in a spacious green area, offering tranquility and proximity to downtown. The property is part of a small villa where we live, consisting of four more independent houses, ensuring privacy and security for guests. The owners, who also live in the villa, offer personalized and informal service, providing a welcoming hosting experience. Guests have access to a shared pool and can enjoy a barbecue, as well as having the option to cook on site. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire inn area, including the suite with access to the common areas. The guest house pool is available for shared use, offering a pleasant view from the balcony in a wooded area. Also, there is a large green area and barbecue to enjoy. To use the laundry, you must request access, but there is no extra cost for its use. During your stay The owners reside on site and are available to assist in person whenever necessary, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The suites are independent, ensuring privacy for guests. Other things to note The property is pet-friendly, but we recommend that those who do not like animals or are afraid of them avoid visiting, as we have two dogs and a cat that occasionally roam around. We accept pets upon request and there is an additional daily fee, as well as specific rules for the stay of animals. For more details, please check at the time of booking. We are located close to several beaches, with walking access to Rosa Sul and Norte Beach. Other beaches, such as Ouvidor, Praia do Luz, Barra de Ibiraquera, Ferrugem, Silveira and Garopaba, are within a 15- to 30-minute drive.
