A company favorite, this home hosts 3 bedrooms and a beautiful, remodeled, obstruction-free bath. Enjoy your meals outside on the spacious deck, and gathered around the outdoor table, you can enjoy the secluded corner lot, yet you are within a 5-minute drive to downtown Charlevoix. This home has a private washer/dryer combo, a full kitchen, and a large living area for family gatherings and game night. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. This rare vacation home, so popular for up north vacation lodging, is wheelchair accessible. Charlevoix is home to many festivals throughout the summer. Also, it's just about an hour's drive from Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Note: Due to short-term rental and use occupancy licensing restrictions, this home has a strict maximum occupancy of 6.
