Private, cozy and affordable room with A/C in Puerto Real. Ideal for visiting the city of Cádiz, as it is only a 10-minute drive away. You will have free parking and access to the train and bus station 5 minutes away. Excellent access to the towns in the province of Cádiz The room has a 40-inch TV (with Netflix and RTVE), Wi-Fi, and a folding table with two chairs. The room and bathroom have an interior latch You can use the full kitchen, which is spacious and bright The space The room consists of two 90 beds with latex mattresses, night table, dresser and donkey to hang clothes and shoes. It has a table and chairs so you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the room. It has 40-inch TV with Netflix. It has ample space to work with the laptop. It has a ceiling fan, oil radiator and wifi with 100 megas with very good signal. You will have a bath gel and hairdryer. The room and bathroom have an interior latch for your privacy. It is a very cozy room, with everything you need to rest after an intense day of visits. Guest access You can use the bathroom and full kitchen. These spaces are shared with me only. You will be the only guests in the house. Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 7:30pm, my children Luca (10 years old) and Martin (aged 6) are with me at home. They are calm and polite children. During your stay I like that guests feel at home, while respecting their space and intimacy. In fact, although I live in the house, I spend a lot of time at my partner's place. If you need anything during the stay I will be happy to help you. I'm a Cadiz lover and I enjoy helping others get to know my land. Other things to note Check in is done online through a link that I'll send days before check-in. The entrance to the room and the handing over of the keys is done in person. In case that is not possible, it will be made via electronic key (for the opening of the street portal) and I would leave the house keys in a lockbox with opening code (top on the floor door).
