Our goal was to make the place feel homey and comfortable while also being whimsical and fun! Our townhome is two stories and just over 1,000 square feet. The kitchen, living room, dining room, patio and one bathroom are on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a large bathroom and laundry area. --FIRST FLOOR-- LIVING ROOM - Cozy seating area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 55 inch HDTV with cable KITCHEN - Spacious kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances, glassware, dishes, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Kitchen bar top seating area opens to the dining room. DINING ROOM - A large dining table to accomodate all of our guests! PATIO - Private screened patio with a dining table and lounge chair. BATHROOM #1 - Convenient access for the first floor with a stand up shower. --SECOND FLOOR-- BEDROOM #1 - Master with king size bed and 43 inch smart HDTV BEDROOM #2 - Two double beds (sleeps 4) and 43 inch smart HDTV BATHROOM #2 - Full bathroom with bathtub and shower LAUNDRY - Stacked full-sized washer and dryer *the stairway, hallway, and both bedrooms are carpeted Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome and all amenities. Upon arrival, guests will have 6 wristbands waiting for them that will allow them to access to all areas of the resort. While use of the amenities is included in your nightly rate the following things will incur an additional charge: - Eating and drinking at the pool bar cafe - Using the resort shuttle to get to the parks ($5.38 per person per trip) - Participating in crafts at the activity center - Playing Bingo - Playing games in the arcade Other things to note We provide a small welcome kit of disposable household necessities for your stay. We provide the following: - shampoo - conditioner - a few bars of soap - dish soap - hand soap - one kitchen sponge - one dishwasher pod (detergent) - laundry detergent (small container) - one roll of paper towels - a few rolls of toilet paper
