The property is unique in that it feels off the beaten path yet really convenient to everything urban. Other things to note The pool house is attached in one room only to the main house by one wall. The wall is one foot thick and sound proofing materials were used in abundance. The pool house runs the length of the pool. Inside, it's completely private and independent.
