Two room apartment 2 blocks from downtown Rehoboth

Hanna Cottage is a cozy two-room Garage Apartment that sleeps 4 comfortably. Located only two blocks from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, Hanna cottage is convenient to everything. Sheets, pillow,blanket provided In season (late June&July& August) we rent Sat to Sat. If your dates don't fit our paradigm make an inquiry and we will try to accommodate you. If you choose to not rent, please send us a note and let us know why. We are still learning. Thanks! The space We rent Saturday to Saturday in Season. Out of season we have a 1 day minimum. We provide 1 street parking pass. In addition to the bathroom shower, there is an outside shower with hot & cold water. There is a gas grill on the ground level available for your use. We provide sheets, blankets & pillows for both queen beds. Guests need to provide their own towels and consumables. Guest access This is a self contain apartment above the detached garage at the end of the driveway. We use either a key less door knob or a lock box so you can gain access without the need to stop at a realtor's office. Other things to note We provide sheets, pillow cases, a light blanket with each of the 2 queen beds. We also provide hand soap, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 beach towels. Although we provide starter toilet paper, tenant to furnish all additional toilet paper, tissues, towels, kitchen & personal soaps, paper goods & trash bags. Please do not use bedroom throw rugs in the bathroom.Guests need to bring additional bath and beach towels, consumables such as toilet paper / paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Parking is on the street. We provide 1 street parking pass.
