Historic two story mansion in the heart of downtown Orangeburg, one block away from the Court House and Administrative buildings and 5 minutes walk to Claflin and South Carolina State University. The dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry are common areas for all guests. Private parking for up to 4 vehicles is on property. The property is kept clean and well maintained.
