Nestled among old growth firs on the east bank of Filucy Bay, private & quiet with great views, it’s a place where you can find respite and relaxation away from town. As a third generation forest restoration site, bits of history and stories are tucked throughout the buildings and the land. The space The Guesthouse at Mount Virginia features American Colonial architectural style. Guest access When you arrive at Mount Virginia, free onsite parking and loading and unloading areas are available for your use. Easy access, means you can take your time, and get settled in. Being here brings you back to simpler times and surrounds you with the beauty and peace of nature. This is the place to fully embrace a forested retreat, and stay a while - the closest gas, groceries & dining are 20 minutes away. If you’re interested in local sight seeing, Mount Virginia is a great launch point for access to the Olympic National Forest, Olympic National Park, and many other Olympic Peninsula sights for hiking, climbing, etc. Other things to note We have two friendly Golden Retrievers often on the property. They are kept with the Property Manager at all times or in a fenced in area. We offer a number of add ons to enhance your getaway experience at Mount Virginia, including: - Breakfast, $7 per guest per day, including granola made by our bakery staff, fresh baked bread, and eggs.
