La Planque du Saint-Laurent is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in a secluded area of the beautiful village of Lotbinière, perfect for unwinding, disconnecting, and enjoying nature. From the large terrace, enjoy a partial view of the river, watch the ships pass by, and be captivated by the magnificent sunsets that illuminate the landscape. Just a few steps from the chalet, you’ll find direct access to the shoreline, as well as a concrete boat launch, ideal for boaters and for easy access to the river, a perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts and river lovers. Swimming is possible. At low tide, more of the shoreline is exposed, providing a perfect spot for long walks, exploring the coastline, or simply enjoying the scenery and sitting on a beach chair to read and relax. We recommend checking the tide schedules on the mareesgcca website (search for Grondines) to plan your walks along the river. THE CHALET The chalet can accommodate up to 8 people. (Ideally 2 to 4 adults with children.) BEDROOMS • Enclosed bedroom: 2 Queen beds • Cozy mezzanine (no door): 1 queen bed + 2 single beds convertible into queen beds Fast, high-speed Wi-Fi; an excellent network for working remotely. Winter access ⚠️ A 4-wheel-drive vehicle (4x4) is recommended in winter for easy access to the cottage. It is also possible to park at the top of the hill near the dumpsters and walk to the cottage in a few minutes if you do not have a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. We suggest bringing a cart to make it easier to transport your belongings if your vehicle is parked at the top. ❄️ In winter, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access the chalet. CITQ Property number 302661 Guest access A large fully-equipped kitchen with a gathering island allows you to cook in a group with a nice partial view of the water. A large living room and dining room that has a 3-sided propane fireplace as well as a smart TV. (wifi included) The first bedroom includes two queen beds. Cozy and comfortable bedding for a restful night. The second bedroom also has the same comfort with a queen size bed and 2 single beds convertible into 1 queen size bed. Full bathroom with washer and dryer. A garage with dart games and extra chairs. Other things to note In summer, the location of the outdoor fire is at the back of the garage, sheltered from the wind and out of sight. In winter, the fire pit at the front will be more accessible. Provide firewood and paper. Outdoor logs are provided. An extra table and chairs for the interior are in the entrance closet. There is an electric fondue pot and all the utensils to use it. A Keurig coffee machine is at your disposal as well as a filter coffee maker and its filters. Bedding, pillows and towels are provided for the number of people indicated on the booking. A roll of paper towels, rolls of toilet paper, hand and dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets, household products as well as dish towels and rags and garbage bag are available.
