Coastal Paradise in Fulton/Rockport, Texas

My house is in the center of the city and marina. You’ll love my place, comfy beds, close to many restaurants and bars. The park is within walking distance. Rockport beach and the arts district are about a 5 minute drive. The famous Copano bay is a great fishing spot and about a 5 minute drive. Goose Island State Park is 15 minutes away. Aransas Pass Refuge 30 minute drive . place is good for fishermen, couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and winter Texans on vacation. The space My home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. 3 bedrooms have queensize beds and 1 has a full size bed, plus there is one twin and one daybed available. The home is 2,250 square feet. There is a large kitchen, an island, refrigerator, gas stove and appliances. Next to the Kitchen is the large dining room. next to the dining room there is the living room with a t.v. and a L shaped sofa. We also have wifi with a blu ray player, and a small dvd collection. Guest access We have a nice patio with a barbecue pit next to the house. If you enjoy people watching you can take chairs to the front yard and watch as everyone walks to nearby restaurants and bars. Other things to note There are guided bird watching and dolphin tours available for rent at the Fulton Marina. The Fulton Marina is walking distance from the house.
