1st floor of an owner-occupied Cape Cod. (Owners live in the basement with a separate entrance.) Quiet, walking, residential area close to restaurants, movie theater and two parks. Convenient to I-71. 8 miles from downtown. The space Our home was built in 1936, in the days before 3-car garages, walk-in closets and and insulation in walls. You might hear neighbors coming and going and the floors will squeak but we've lived here for 23 years and love the house and all of its quirks. 100% cotton sheets on all beds. There is no cable service but all 3 TVs in your space are "smart" and connected to our YouTubeTV (for live TV) and Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and PBS accounts for streaming Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor: 2 bedrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, front and back porches. Patio and yard are shared with the owners. Clothes washer/dryer are in the owners' space and are available upon request.
