The large room is in an above ground, well lit large basement. There is a private, separate bathroom that has a full bath and shower with his and her sinks. There is plenty of space for you and a guest to eat, sleep and enjoy a nice evening outside by the fire or pool or to just have a nice evening under the covered deck. The covered deck has lots of decorative lights on the ceiling as well as a small table fire for comfort while lounging on the large seated sofa. The space We have a large open area downstairs with two private entrances. The bedroom for rent allows you to use the area downstairs. Guest access Guests have access to our pool, backyard and fire pit. There is a private deck at one of your entrances that you can use as well. It is well lit and decorated. During your stay We are generally on site or not far away but we tend to leave the guests alone. We like them to enjoy the time here as if it was their own place. However, I am available should they have any concerns or questions. Other things to note We have four animals in the house. Two cats and two dogs that stay upstairs. The dogs have access to the entire property outside. This includes the front and backyard. We have an invisible fence so they can wander around as they please. You do not have a kitchen downstairs. So guests can either order in or eat at a restaurant close by.
