Welcome to this modern freestanding home, complete with a private heated pool and hot tub, steps away from The Washington Avenue entertainment district! Walk to dozens of renowned culinary hot spots, pubs, markets, and Houston's Memorial Park! The space This home is located one block south of popular Washington Avenue and less than a mile east of Memorial Park. We have 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including double sink and walk in closet in the master. The home has a large kitchen, dining room, & living room. We have 75 inch tv in the living room, 65 inch tv in the Master bedroom, and an 60 inch tv in the second bedroom. We also have a desk in the common area for quick laptop setup. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note This is an absolutely non smoking property and you will be charged a $150 fee if this rule is violated as we want to be mindful as well of future guests that may have severe allergic reactions to smoke and its byproducts. While we list "no parties" that does not include gatherings of reasonable sizes. We try to be as respectful to our neighbors as possible and don't allow the large parties, but we absolutely encourage birthday parties, family gatherings, reunions, etc. We really enjoy when guests make the most of their stay while being respectful of the neighbors.
