Close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Private and secluded entrance with key pad for easy check in. The space It's time to bring genuine hospitality back to vacation stays! NO cleaning fees charged for any number of nights booked. I can't control taxes or Airbnb fees, but I can control my level of care. A place to charge your electric vehicle, sleds to go sledding with your family, suggestions for places to eat, pickleball paddles to play at the courts down the street, or an extra egg for cooking? We are happy to help your family have a great time however we can. This is a great apartment that has been newly remodeled with new paint, new carpet and LVP throughout, brand new remodeled bathroom, new furniture and decor. The view of the valley from the front room window is beautiful, and deer frequently pass through our yard. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Cal King bed and walk-in closet (pack-n-play located in closet) Bedroom 2: Twin over queen bunk Common areas: Pullout couch All bedrooms have blackout curtains and a fan/heater for added comfort. Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee and hot coco. Washer and dryer in unit with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. Central AC/heat to maximize your comfort during your stay. Thermostat temperature is easily adjusted using a cell phone with the Ecobee app we provide in your apartment. Indoor hanging ski rack available for you skiers (please let me know you will need it before you arrive). Our backyard is your backyard! My family is happy to share this space with you. There is a tree swing, playground, hammock, trampoline, and a fire pit area in the backyard you are welcome to use during your stay. (Bring your own wood and lighter for the fire pit.) Inside, there are a few board and card games, children's toys, as well as a 65" smart tv with complimentary YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, Blu-ray player and a great selection of dvds available for your enjoyment. We have 2 cute (large) dogs that will be tied up in the backyard which is on the opposite side of the house from your apartment entrance. They are black and yellow Labs and very friendly, and you usually will not see them unless you seek them out (which is completely ok if you would like to pet or play with them! They love people). Occasionally you will see them hanging out on the front porch enjoying the view. As stated, this is a basement apartment and we live above you. We try to be extra quiet for our guests when you are here, but you will hear some noise above you during the day. During the school year it is quiet after 9 pm. During summer it is quiet after 10 pm. PLEASE: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc) allowed inside the apartment or anywhere on the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a $200 fine, more if there are damages. Thank you! Guest access You will have the apartment all to yourself. There is a separate private entrance for you to come and go as you please. Keyless entry for easy check-in, check-out. Contactless for your health and safety and no keys to exchange. The backyard is a shared space with large grass area, playground, tree swing, trampoline, hammock and fire pit. (Bring your own wood and lighter for the fire pit. Trampoline will be put away during winter months.) Other things to note This is a great place for skiers! only 40 minutes from Snow Basin, 35 minutes from Powder Mountain, and 25 minutes from Nordic Valley ski resorts.
