Plaza Midwood private room and bath

Private space with own entrance in the heart of historic Plaza Midwood - eclectic vibrant neighborhood 2 miles from uptown. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, markets. The space Plaza Midwood is by far the coolest place to be in this conservative city. NODA also has a lot going on and is very close by. Open minded people of all persuations call our area home and visitors are free to be themselves. The home itself is not over the top. It is humble and shabby-chic while tastefully true to the historic era. The yard is really lovely and fun if you enjoy big oak trees, plants, fountains, statuary and outdoor living. Master Bedroom and bath with private entrance in back of house. Closed off to rest of house. Very private. Small fridge/no kitchen or cooking. Perfect for shorter term stays. cable, WiFi, fire place, courtyard/patio, convenient parking, smoking outside only I live in front of house. I am very respectfull of your privacy while hospitable and friendly. I am tolerant, beer drinking, fun loving guy but, expect adult behavior from adults of any age so don't get crazy! I also have a very unpredictable schedule so please forgive me if we don't have a chance to meet. I do this every day so it happens. I have a self check in process that makes your entry and stay convenient for your unique schedule. Dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Big grocery store, other shops (see Guidebook) Several bus stops within walking distance. 2 miles to downtown access to blue line light rail running south to Pineville area. Guest access The room is very private in back of house with own entrance. It is blocked off from rest of house. Has own bath. There is a small refrigerator in room. No kitchen. Convenient parking in back close to entrance. Lots of outdoor seating to hang out in good weather. Before check in, you will receive a message about how to get into the room as I am not always at home or available during all check in times. Please READ the complete message for all instructions. I would be happy to meet you during your stay but, it is not required to check in and make yourself at home. There is a locked door behind refrigerator that is to remain closed and locked at all times during your stay. It is not to be opened by anyone from either side for any reason. Other things to note There is no separate control for heating and air in the room. A red recycling bin is available outside your door for glass, plastic, paper and cardboard. For longer stays or excess trash, there is a gray trash container on wheels in alley across from side entrance/gate. The green one is for excess recyclables I do not enter the room at all during your stay. Extra sheets & towels are provided for longer term reservations.
