For 3-4 guests booking, 2 sets of bedding will be provided with air mattresses. please inform us at the booking, and there will be additional $20 charge for the extra bedding set for air mattress. All requests need to be made at the booking prior checkin. Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself, you do not share any living space with others. -This is the upstair unit in a fourplex building. Common entry to the building. -Internet: Shared guest WiFi -Laundry facilities: Downstairs in the common laundry room, washer is coin operated ($2), dryer is FREE. Please conserve the energy use, we have only one earth :) -The rate you are paying is for 2 people (sharing 1 queen size bed). If booking for 3-4 people, a sofa bed and bedding supplies will be provided. Other things to note 1. You will have the whole apartment , we hope you can take care of it just like your own home. If you are staying more than 2 weeks, please do self maintenance for the bathroom and kitchen so the grime will not accumulate. 2. 1 set of bedding provided with 2 guests, 2 sets with 3-4 guests. if you need more than that, $20 per set. 3. Airbnb recommends that all guests purchase traveler's insurance. Please contact your traveler's insurance underwriter for reimbursement of cancellation fees or other losses. However our apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood and it is still peaceful among the busy city. 2.Coming to Houston for internship or work in Downtown and Medical Center area, since our apartment is only few minutes walking distance from light rail and bus station, and it's about $5 to get you almost everywhere in town. 3.You are self sufficient, do not need round-the-clock attention. In addition, we have created a fairly complete guest/home instruction, and 99.99% of our guests found everything they need to know IF THEY READ the instruction we sent before arrival.
