Many world travelers find hospitality, love, and peace here. Our home is very stylish and delightfully comfortable. The entire second level is dedicated space for guests. The house is 4700 sq. ft. with a three-car garage, lots of parking & expansive front and back yards. The shared main level has a gourmet kitchen, and various rooms for relaxation, dining & entertainment. Rural and peaceful. You will NEVER hear traffic. We are three miles from Interstate 65 which takes you everywhere. The space Private Upstairs (Second Level) The second level is exclusively for our guests and features a cool and comfy lounging area with lots of amenities. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower and another full guest bathroom on the main level. This listing is for a warm and comfortable QUEEN bedroom with down pillows and super cozy blankets. The desk area is ideal for those working remotely or to put on your makeup. Your room has a smart TV, full closet, dresser, & nightstand. The full bathroom and staircase are just a couple of steps outside your room. THE LOUNGE: Make yourself at home with comfy velvet sofas, large copper coffee table (yes, prop your feet up!) and a large smart TV. • Mini-Fridge • Keurig Coffee Maker & Pods • Microwave • Air Fryer • Toaster • Milk Frother • Other extras include wine glasses, beer mugs, cheese board, dishes, utensils. If you need anything else, let us know! • Filtered water is always available to you. Simply use the filtered cold-water faucet in the kitchen on the main level. PRIVATE BATHROOM • Walk-in shower • Large closet with plenty of towels and extra little things, if needed. • Bidet Toilet (your choice to indulge) • International Voltage Converter • Additional Full Guest Bathroom on main level Please note: The second level has three bedrooms so there may be times that your stay coincides with other guests but that happens infrequently, and we insist that guests be respectful of others’ privacy and space. Guest access You enter the home through the front door. The staircase to the private second level is just a few steps away so you can easily and privately come and go! Please enjoy the front porch which has a large dining table and chairs. This is a very peaceful place to experience nature in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening to dine or have cocktails. The back patio has seating and large BBQ grills, available anytime. Access to gourmet kitchen & laundry room (shared main level) UPON REQUEST The baby grand piano on the main level is yours to enjoy! Smart TV: If you make any purchases, please SIGN IN with YOUR own account for services such as Netflix & Amazon Prime. During your stay I am gladly available to help with directions, tourist and restaurant suggestions, all the amenities of the home, and anything else I can do to make your stay enjoyable. Other things to note Our robust and historic downtown Franklin is a ten-minute drive. Downtown Nashville is about 30 minutes away. The airport is a 40-minute drive during non-rush hour. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations within ten minutes of our driveway. We will happily offer suggestions about where to go and what to do!
