For all you art lovers many original paintings are hung across the apartment as your eye candy.. • The first bedroom features a full-sized bed which can easily accommodate two guests. Fresh sheets,comforter and comfortable pillows are always provided.Extras in top of closets • The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and can also sleep two guests. A queen size Air Mattress is located in the closet in bedroom A’s closet that can accommodate 2 extra Guests. Heated mattress pads are on each bed for your pleasure.You can adjust the heating level for your conveniences.. • Large bath towels and washcloths are provided in the private bathroom. In addition, bath robes are provided for your convenience.. The bath also has a towel warmer for your use. The Bath / shower pressure is excellent. A towel warmer is in the bath for you . Just plug it in.. A variety of soaps, shampoos and conditioner are provide in the bathroom for you to use as you like. The bath cabinet under the sink is filled with cleaning products , lotions etc. There is a 4 port charging station for all your electronic devices located on the table next to the leather sofa in the living room. On the sofa table behind the sofa you will find a set of coasters for your beverage, and a box filled with small goody candies to satisfy that sweet tooth.., along with a small box of tissue, candles and a lighter, flashlight and 2 small battery operated lamps. 3 Smart/flatscreen TV's are spread out across the apartment; 32inch in each bedroom and a 50 inch flat-screen in the living room . An additional 50 “ TV has been added on the outdoor patio mounted on the wall. The TV remote is located on the table next to the leather sofa as you enter the apartment, . It is labeled on the back “Outdoor Remote”. Each TV remote control is marked on the back to let guests know which TV it belong to.. • The back patio has an outdoor sofa, 2chairs, A set of bistro table & chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure, & a swing set. 2 roll down shades on each side of the deck can be used for privacy. A 50 inch TV has been added on the patio too. It is mounted on the patio wall. As a bonus ,theBar b que grill is located on the patio & charcoal is stored under it. Enjoy your morning breakfast, tea or evening beverage outside and perhaps you'll see and hear some birds, squirrels, or even a deer running about. • The kitchen has a full-sized fridge . microwave, as well as a new 4-burner stove with oven for cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a smoke detector located on floor in front of pots cabinet. Thank you and a safety kit located on top of the fridge. It is also equipped with Keurig K single cup coffee maker and regular coffee machine. The kitchen cabinets are stocked & are labeled so it makes finding everything quite easy. Washer and dryer available. Please text us at least 1 hour before you need to use laundry. Securty is always available to give you access. When finished on the laundry text us . Laundry pods provided. Just text us st least an hour ahead for access to the laundry facility. You can enjoy the smooth water for drinking and bathing provided by the whole house water filtering system. • Each bedroom has a floor fan. The living room has a ceiling fan, and the kitchen has a guest-controlled air conditioning unit. The entire apartment has central air conditioning. During the winter months central heat is always running. • In addition, the entire apartment is PET and smoke free. there is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. .. Third party booking are not allowed. No exceptions ; Employers can book for traveling employees. **In addition, only registered guest are allowed during your stay. Please remove shoes upon entry!. Guest access · · • After you park your car in the driveway in back of the black welcome mat located in front of the garage door on your left, use the walking pads on the left side of the home follow the walking path along the LEFT side of the home to your private entrance.. Use the 4-digit code provided to unlock the entrance door using the keypad to enter your APT. .Please remove your shoes upon entry. New socks are provided in animal print box at door. (See picture in photos.) • Once inside you'll have access to the entire apartment (living room, kitchen, and private outdoor patio with swing , Bistro table and chairs. 32 inch TV’s in Both bedrooms . private bathroom?with shower and bathtub. Washer and dryer are available. We ask that you give us an hour advance notice of use.That way security will open the door to the laundry.. We will notify you of the laundry door opening.Please text us when your laundry is complete. This is a no pet or no smoking 🚭 policy on property. In addition, shortly before your arrival our Clean Team Supervisor inspects & Take photos of all bed linens, dishware ,fridge,stove , floors, appliances. included TV’s and the entire apartment to make sure it is perfect for your stay! • The apartment guidelines, Wi-Fi information, check in & out instructions, etc. are provided once guest confirms booking. Brochures of things to see and do are provided in the living room. Please take a look when you arrive. Free parking too.
