The first guest bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin bed. The second guest bedroom has a king bedroom. In the hallway is a full bathroom that these two bedrooms share. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full size private bathroom. Take a walk to the beach right across the block, or walk across the street to the sound. At low tide there is a beach you can enjoy on the sound side at the dock. The dock has a gazebo to enjoy the sunset and beach breeze. Boogie boards and beach chairs are available in this property. Covered parking for at least 2 cars.
