Modern Barn Suite - 1 BR, Great location!

NOTE: This property is not zoned for student housing, and therefore it is NOT AVAILABLE to Kutztown University students or ANYONE 25 YEARS OR UNDER. Additional Note: Unfortunately, because of the small window of time to turn the suite for incoming guests, we cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (Check-in: 4PM, Check-out: 11AM). The space The Modern Barn Suite is part of a post and beam carriage house that was built during the turn of the century. Over the years, the structure has evolved into several different living spaces and now exists as a two bedroom home (which is a separate listing on Airbnb - if interested, please inquire about its availability) and the attached in-law suite (this listing). The current style of the in-law suite can be described as modern rustic with mid-century influences. It consists of a full bedroom, separate living room, and a small area to eat and/or work. There is a private entrance and parking space included. This 1 BR suite is great for a single traveler or a couple but can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is cozy and comfortable with modern amenities such as a new cast iron soaking bathtub, flatscreen tv, small fridge and a Keurig. The space is perfect if you are in town for work or exploring the area for a few days. Guest access Guests will have access to a designated parking space located on the property marked 'Suite'. The in-law suite has a private entrance, on Strausser Alley, not accessible by guests staying in the 2 bedroom main house. Likewise, guests of the in-law suite will not have access to the 2 bedroom main house or the front yard lounge area. Other things to note As stated above, the in-law suite is attached to our 2 bedroom house (which is a separate listing on Airbnb). There is the possibility that guests may be staying in the 2 bedroom house during your stay in the in-law suite. Guests staying in the 2 bedroom house have a private entrance and parking space and do not have access to the in-law suite. Although you will not see each other, it's likely that you will hear activity if the 2 bedroom house is being rented and vice versa.
