It is an easy .4 mile walk to downtown Leadville, .25 mile walk to the local library and an access point to the Mineral Belt Trail. Its an easy 10-12 minute drive to Ski Cooper and 20 minutes to Copper Mountain. The space Our home has plenty of room for gatherings and is also cozy and comfortable.
