Other things to note During the virtual check-in process, you'll be required to submit your information separately in our guest portal. Here you will sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay and submit a refundable security deposit of $250 via credit card. This deposit, if unused, will be returned within 7 days after check-out. For security purposes, we collect and verify government-issued IDs and a matching credit card before check-in. Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we will collect your email address and phone number. MID-STAY CLEAN: Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee of $60 per cleaning. We’re thrilled to offer a pet-friendly space for you and your furry friends to enjoy.
