The King Master Suite is an ensuite with a second door in the hall for bathroom use by the Queen room. The bathroom is large with double vanities, tub and shower with all the necessities provided. The King Master Ensuite gives you the feeling of luxury with the adjustable extra comfy bed for a great nights sleep or relaxing while watching tv. A beautiful view of the outdoors and pool area with privacy blinds for sleeping in. Your suite has a sitting area, computer workspace, and in room refrigerator and Kuerig. The Queens Room has a comfy and luxurious queen size bed and 55" TV. Both rooms are equipped with Alexa so you can play your favorite music or fall asleep to the sounds of rain or nature while also setting an alarm for morning. Alexa can tell you what the weather is and even share your favorite sports scores. Pack light You’ll have access to the laundry center with detergent waiting to help you get your duds smelling fresh and clean again while you sleep. Gym & Tanning Bed Feel free to use our in-home gym equipped with Bowflex, free weights and benches, treadmill, vibration plate, and stretching bar, there is a matted area for Pilates or yoga. Regular tanning bed is also available, bring your eyewear and tanning bed lotion. All are available for your use at your own risk of course. Looking for something Refreshing? No problem grab a beach towel from the Entertainment Room and take a dip in the Pool. Grab a chair to get some sunshine on the pool deck, lounge on the lounging deck under the umbrella with the fan blowing your way or put a plastic lounge in the beach end of the pool for sun and water. Of course we have floats if you just want to float around too. Just want to relax? No problem, Turn on one of the ceiling fans on the upper deck for a nice breeze and breathe in the fresh air. Golf You came to the right place! The Links at Kahite Golf Course and Clubhouse is Tellico Village’s newest 18-hole championship course. A true links-style course with very unusual design characteristics. The course meanders through a beautiful natural setting and offers spectacular panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. It has 6 sets of tees that play from 7,170 yards to 4,435 yards. The Links at Kahite was nominated in 2003 to Golf Digest as best new private course. Or you could take it poolside against a backdrop of nature lit by moonlight and dancing fireflies. We can plan food and beverage service as well from a light fare to full meals. Birthdays - We can secure the cake and set the stage - let us know the theme and we'll get it all ready for you. We can plan food and beverage service for 2 -10 including catered meals. The upper deck and Large Dining Room are perfect for this - or late spring and summer BBQ pool celebrations are offered poolside with the screened in porch. We make it easy and comfortable - grab a change of clothes and come enjoy the great outdoors - there's no better place to do it! You will have full access to the entire downstairs except one private bedroom. The King Suite and Queen Room will be your private areas and home away from home during your stay with large windows to the backyard and pool. The King Room bed is a comfy King with remote for adjusting to achieve the perfect nights sleep or watching TV in bed. There are extra pillows on the bed to accommodate your pillow preference from soft to firm. There is a sitting area 45” TV, Computer/work area, and in room refrigerator stocked with bottled water and Keurig for morning coffee. The Queens Room has a comfy and luxurious queen size bed and 55" TV. Both rooms are Equipped with Alexa so you can play your favorite music or fall asleep to the sounds of rain or nature while also setting an alarm for morning. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the 400 sq ft indoor/outdoor kitchen and entertainment area that overlooks the pool and backyard. On the other side of the kitchen/bar is a very comfy TV entertainment area that is sure to please. The pool is great for relaxing, exercise, or just viewing, its open year round but not heated. It's a great setting waiting for you when you want to enjoy a relaxing or romantic evening.
