Our "Group Hub" listing includes five private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living room and dinning room. The "Group Hub" is located in the basement of the church which includes private access and limited street parking just outside the door. The Group Hub allows for private sleeping quarters & shared bathrooms, living & dinning rooms. The "Group Hub" is located in the BASEMENT of this Historical Property! Bedroom 1, 2, 4 & 5 all have one queen bed, bedroom number 3 has two queen beds. Each Bedroom includes queen size beds, custom headboards, white linens, four pillows per bed, a smart TV with Ruku service, minimal hanging storage as well as folding storage. Each bedroom has a window with black-out blinds, a mirror, locking door knobs, industrial lighting, alarm clock and a table lamp. Three bedrooms have ceiling fans as well! The alarm clocks and table lamps have a usb plug-in...just bring your charging cord! Bathrooms number 1 includes a shower/tub combo, Bathroom number 2 includes a walk-in shower. Each bathroom has lovely white tiled walls as well as custom black cabinetry and black granite! We include plush white towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well! When I refer to "shared" spaces, I'm referring to "shared" within your party...the Group Hub is completely private other than the "shared" bathrooms, living room and dinning table that you will share with your group. The shared living room includes three (3) sofas, three (3) end tables, two (2) coffee tables and large TV with Netflix service. The shared dinning room includes a large industrial table flanked by modern stools. There is NO KITCHEN in the Group Hub, however, we do provide a small stainless steel sink with modern black faucet, wine fridge, beverage fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, coffee filters, toaster, shelving with plates, bowls, cups, mugs and flatware. We have a cabinet by the dinning room table that houses extra blankets, board games, puzzles, trash bags, dish strainer, dish towels, dish soap, paper towel and several other odds & ins. The Group Hub allows you to lodge with family/friends while still giving you privacy! What a lovely way to catch up on life! There is street parking just to the north of the property (Stitt Street); there is a 15 minute "unloading" zone just outside of the Group Hub doors...please be sure to use your hazard flashing lights when unloading; there is a handicap parking spot just outside of the Group Hub as well; If you choose not to park on the street, there is a parking lot called "Charlie Creek Gardens" Parking Lot that is half a block north of the property, this lot is well lit and nicely landscaped! The Sanctuary "Group Hub" is just steps from the "Charlie Creek Gardens" where you can host your outdoor wedding or just take a stroll through the hedge maze and down the winding path next to the creek. The Sanctuary "Group Hub" is located just north of historic downtown Wabash where you can find unique boutique shopping, a newly renovated movie theatre, fabulous coffee or a show at the Honeywell Center. Truly something for everyone! While staying at The Sanctuary "Group Hub", you can walk to many local locations in Wabash or you can drive...there is no public transportation available.
