Fall in love with our mid-century brick bungalow's lower level, private guest suite. This Denver short term rental is just two blocks to Denver's best outside oasis - Washington Park. Dog (and cat) friendly, Our guest suite is convenient to Baker, South Pearl, South Broadway, Cherry Creek, DU the Tech Center *and* downtown. You can walk to Whole Foods or the light rail. Our private guest unit is your ideal Denver short term rental. The space Cozy and bright, this lower level suite is smack in the heart of central Denver. Perfect for a couple, but comfortable for up to 4 with an air mattress if you need it. Enjoy a lovely Denver evening on the shared patio with heater and grill. The bed has topnotch linens for a superb night's sleep! A microwave, fridge, electric kettle, Kurig machine and stocked coffee bar make snacks & beverages super convenient. (Be advised - there's no kitchen sink. Dishes are done in the laundry room in the utility sink or in the bathroom.) With our proximity to South Broadway, tons of great restaurants are a quick ride share away. We live upstairs and do have a cat. You likely won't see her, as she's not allowed in the suite. But she has flouted that rule on occasion. So, if you're very allergic, we might not be the best fit for you. The washer & dryer are available for your use. There are laundry pods and dryer balls for your convenience. Guest access There is a keyless entrance to the backdoor that leads a few steps down to your private suite. There are several steps leading to the backdoor which are easily accessible from the street, where there is plenty of free parking. (Mind the street cleaning signs!) Other things to note The home is older - 1948 - and, like most of us, has gotten a bit creakier through the years. While we try to be considerate - never go about the house in ski boots, e.g., - you will likely hear us above you from time to time.
