The space Only 1.5 hour drive from Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville, it’s a beautiful place to stay for a getaway weekend or for visiting loved ones during those family gatherings close by. Newly restored historic building located in downtown Sparta TN and within walking distance of shops, a brewery and eateries. Enjoy a quiet small town escape while on your next adventure at one of our many state parks located within a short 30-45 drive. The lofts have beautiful modern kitchens and bathrooms along with comfortable queen and king beds. Parties and events are not allowed via agreement of Airbnb compliance and terms of service. Other things to note There are 27 stairs to the second floor. Parties and events are prohibited.
