There are 2 other guest rooms on the same floor. So while we try our best to ask guests to keep noise level down, there are guests who are a bit noisier than others. ⭐️ On-street parking is free EXCEPT from 12:01AM to 7:00AM. If you want to park during that period, please obtain temporary on-street parking permit online through City of Toronto - Temporary on-street Parking. ⭐️ Temporary parking permits can be purchased up to a maximum of 1 week in advance of the date required (follow the link to apply, - if you cannot see the link, search for City of Toronto temporary on street parking on internet). We advise guests to purchase and print the permit in advanced. We can help print for a fee of C$5/one-sided page. In exceptional circumstances, you can write down the permit number and display on the inside of the windshield (this option is at your own risk). ⭐️ Parking Permit Fee Description 24 hour - $$19.74 plus HST 48 hour - $28.54 plus HST 7 days - $42.83 plus HST The property is located at the intersection of Danforth Avenue and Jones Avenue, and please use this location in Google Maps to estimate your travel needs during your stay. Guest access ⭐️ As you enter through the main entrance, you will be in the common area. You are free to use it anytime. The place boasts a lovely dining area so you are highly encouraged to have your meals here instead of in your room. ⭐️ The kitchen is behind the common area where you can prepare your own meals. You are welcome to cook your own meals and store your food in the fridge. You are free to use pots and pans in the kitchen. We also provide coffee and tea. ⭐️ Kitchen and common area are shared among guests on the second floor and host. ⭐️ If you smoke, you may choose to use the front porch or the back yard to do so since you are not allowed to smoke in the house. ⭐️ Private bath on the 2nd floor just outside your room and you are given a key to lock it. ⭐️ You can access every space except for the other 2 guestrooms on the 2nd floor and the area behind the grey curtain in the living room as previously mentioned. During your stay ⭐️If you require anything, please send a message on here and we will try our best to accommodate. ⭐️For immediate attention, please ring front door bell to get host's attention. Other things to note ⭐️We have washer and dryer in the basement. If you are staying for at least one week, you are entitled to one wash and one dry per week. If you need more, we charge CAD10 per/wash and CAD10 for 55 minute dry cycle. If you stay for less than a week, you have to pay the aforementioned price.
